The Celebes Nursing Journal (CNJ) is committed to advancing global knowledge dissemination by providing immediate, free, and unrestricted access to all published articles. CNJ believes that removing financial, legal, and technical barriers to scholarly literature fosters the equitable exchange of scientific knowledge, enhances the visibility of research outputs, and supports the advancement of nursing science worldwide.

CNJ aligns its practices with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), Creative Commons standards, COPE best practices and OAI-PMH interoperability guidelines.
