Journal Overview
The Celebes Nursing Journal (CNJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access nursing journal with an international scope, dedicated to advancing nursing science, evidence-informed practice, and healthcare innovation. CNJ publishes original research articles; review articles, including systematic, scoping, rapid, integrative, and narrative reviews; concept analyses; theory-development articles; case reports and case studies; perspectives; and editorials that contribute to nursing knowledge, practice, education, and healthcare across diverse populations and care settings.

The journal welcomes scholarship addressing contemporary and emerging health challenges, vulnerable and underserved populations, culturally responsive care, community and population health, disaster and emergency nursing, nursing education, healthcare innovation, and nursing practice in resource-diverse settings. Manuscripts should demonstrate clear relevance to nursing science and practice and be grounded in appropriate theoretical, conceptual, or methodological foundations.

The journal's target readership includes nurses, nurse educators, nursing researchers, healthcare professionals, students, policymakers, and other stakeholders involved in nursing and healthcare.

CNJ is published by Malata Sains Indonesia, a legally registered individual company under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. The company holds the following registrations:

Publishing Model and Business Transparency
CNJ operates as a diamond open-access journal. Authors are not charged submission, article processing, or publication fees, and all published articles are freely accessible to readers.

CNJ does not accept commercial advertising. Publishing activities are administered by Malata Sains Indonesia. Financial or institutional support, sponsorship, partnerships, and other non-editorial considerations do not influence manuscript evaluation or editorial decisions.

Any direct marketing or manuscript solicitation conducted on behalf of CNJ must be accurate, appropriately targeted, unobtrusive, and consistent with the journal's stated scope and publishing practices.

Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions in Celebes Nursing Journal (CNJ) are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and designated editors based on scholarly merit, methodological quality, ethical integrity, relevance to the journal's scope, and peer-review evaluation.

The publisher does not interfere with reviewer selection or decisions concerning the acceptance, revision, or rejection of individual manuscripts. Editorial decisions are not determined by commercial interests, sponsorship, institutional relationships, or other considerations unrelated to the scholarly evaluation of a manuscript.

Editors are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest and to recuse themselves from handling or making decisions on manuscripts for which a relevant conflict exists. Such manuscripts are assigned to another qualified editor without the identified conflict.
